Each connected app has an accounts page that lists every account connected to it. From there you open one account to change its tools, who can use it and its settings, or to reconnect or disconnect it.

The accounts page

On Integrations, select a connected app. Its accounts page shows the breadcrumb Integrations > {app}, a Search connected accounts box and a count such as 2 accounts connected.

Each row shows:

• the account's label, or Default if it has none, with a status dot
• Added by {name}
• who can use it: Everyone in the workspace, or Private (Invite only) plus +N invited when others were added

You can only open a row if you're allowed to change that account (see Limits). Rows you can't change have no arrow and don't open.

Connect another account of the same app

You can connect the same app more than once, for example a personal and a team HubSpot account.

1. On the app's accounts page, select Add another account.
2. Give the new account a nickname that's different from your existing ones. If you reuse one, you see You already have a "{nickname}" account. Try a different nickname.
3. Choose who can use it, then sign in to the app.

Viktor tells accounts apart by their label. If it isn't clear which account you mean, he asks.

Add another account isn't offered for a Custom API. See Custom integrations.

Open one account

Select a row to open the account. The header reads {app} - {label}, and there are three tabs:

• Tools: what Viktor may do with each tool. See Integration permissions.
• Access: who can use this connection. Only shown in Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces. See Integration permissions.
• Settings: label, on/off switch, lock, reconnect and disconnect.

The More options menu in the header has Reconnect (for working accounts that can be reconnected in place) and Disconnect.

Rename an account

1. Open the account and go to Settings.
2. Edit Account label. Viktor uses the label to tell your connections apart.
3. Select Save. You see Label updated.

Turn an account off or on

On Settings, switch Enable integration (Allow Viktor to use this {app} connection). Turning it off switches every tool of this account off at once, and you see Integration disabled. Turning it back on shows Integration enabled.

Lock an account

Admins see a Lock integration switch on Settings: Only admins can make changes while locked. While an account is locked, members can't change its tools, label or access, and can't disconnect it.

Reconnect an account

Reconnect when you want to refresh the app's permissions, or when the connection stopped working.

1. Open the account.
2. Select Reconnect, either on Settings or in the More options menu.
3. Sign in to the app again.

Reconnecting keeps the same account: its label, access list and every tool setting stay as they were. That's the difference from disconnecting and connecting again. Some apps reconnect through a connect window instead of a redirect.

If you disconnect an account and connect the same account again within 24 hours, Viktor revives the old connection instead of adding a new one.

Disconnect an account

1. Open the account.
2. Select Disconnect integration on Settings, or Disconnect in the More options menu.
3. In Disconnect Integration, confirm with Disconnect.

Disconnecting turns off all the account's tools and revokes Viktor's access for that connection. Your other accounts of the same app aren't affected. Afterwards you land on another remaining account of the app, or on the Integrations page if none are left.

If you later open the link of a removed account, you see This connection was removed. Select Connect again to connect it from the catalog.

Fix a broken connection

A connection breaks when its sign-in expires or is revoked. When that happens:

• The app moves to the Needs attention section on Integrations, with a line such as 1 account needs to be reconnected.
• The account page shows This connection needs to be re-authenticated: Viktor can't refresh this integration automatically anymore. Reconnect it to restore access.
• In Slack workspaces, the person who connected it may get a direct message from Viktor, {App} needs to be reconnected, with a Reconnect integration button.
• Viktor can't use the connection's tools until it's reconnected, so he asks you to reconnect instead of retrying.

Select Reconnect and sign in again. A broken MCP connection that isn't reconnected within 90 days is removed.

Limits

These rules apply to shared workspaces. "Admin" means a workspace admin.

The admin settings are described in Integration permissions. If you try something you're not allowed to do, you see a message such as Only the creator or a team admin can disconnect this integration.

Common problems

• I can't open an account on the accounts page: you aren't allowed to change it. Ask the person who connected it, or an admin.
• The label field is greyed out: only the person who connected the account can rename it, and nobody can while it's locked.
• Viktor uses the wrong account: check the labels on the accounts page and tell Viktor which one to use.
• A connection keeps breaking: check whether someone revokes Viktor's access in that app's own security settings. See Reconnect an integration.
