Reconnect an integration
Restore access when an app disconnects, including Slack.
Apps can disconnect when a password changes, access expires, or permissions are revoked. Reconnecting restores Viktor's access.
Reconnect an app
- Open the Integrations screen and look for an app marked as disconnected.
- Select Reconnect and sign in to the app again.
- Approve the access so Viktor can resume using it.
Reconnect Slack
- If Viktor stops responding in Slack, the Slack connection may need reinstalling.
- Reinstall or re-authorize Viktor from your Slack workspace.
- Confirm the requested permissions to bring Viktor back online.
If an app keeps disconnecting, check whether someone is revoking its access in that app's own security settings.
