Step 1: Connect your stack
27+ native integrations plus 9,800+ tools via managed connectors. Mostly one-click OAuth, a few API keys. No webhooks, no Zapier zaps.
Viktor works in Help Scout for you. Ask in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Viktor is an AI employee that connects to Help Scout and helps you triage conversations and draft replies from your Docs articles, running 44 Help Scout actions for you like Get tag, Add note, and Get user. Ask in plain English from your workspace; Viktor does the work in Help Scout and reports back. Viktor connects in one click via OAuth.
Viktor, the AI employee, connects to Help Scout through Help Scout's own sign-in. He reads your conversations, sums up what came in, drafts replies and internal notes, sets tags, status and assignees, and looks up a customer's past conversations. With a Help Scout Docs API key he also searches and reads your Docs articles, so replies draw on your knowledge base. By default nothing is sent or changed in Help Scout until you approve it.
Help Scout Docs: Docs has its own API key, separate from the Inbox sign-in. Connect it as Help Scout Docs and Viktor can list your sites, collections and categories, search and read articles, and create or update an article when you ask.
Approvals: replies, notes, tag, status and assignee changes, customer edits and Docs article changes wait for your OK by default, and an admin can switch that off per action. Viktor can also save a reply as a draft in Help Scout, so every reply your customers get comes from your team.
Permissions: Viktor acts as the Help Scout user who connected and only sees the inboxes and conversations that user's role allows. Help Scout's sign-in has no narrower scopes, so its consent screen asks for access to the Help Scout API as a whole. Viktor never trains models on your data.
Viktor is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Help Scout, and Help Scout is a trademark of its owner.
Setup: in Viktor, open Integrations, pick Help Scout, click Connect, sign in to Help Scout and click Authorize. For Docs, open Integrations, pick Help Scout Docs and paste a Docs API key from Help Scout (Your Profile > Authentication > API Keys). You can disconnect either one at any time.

Ask in plain English from your workspace. Viktor picks the right Help Scout actions, runs the work, and reports back. No workflows to build.

Ask for outcomes that span tools - Viktor pulls from Help Scout, cross-references the rest of your stack, and delivers one finished result.
Yes. Help Scout is one of the 9,800+ tools Viktor connects to, as one of Viktor's native, deepest integrations. Once connected, anyone on your team can put Viktor to work in Help Scout from their workspace - no workflow builder, no code.
Ask Viktor in your workspace to connect Help Scout, then approve the one-click OAuth prompt. Viktor never sees your password, handles authentication itself, and starts working right away. Setup takes about two minutes, and you can revoke access at any time.
Viktor can run 44 Help Scout actions, including Get tag, Add note, and Get user - and chain them with other tools in a single request. In practice that means Viktor helps you triage conversations and draft replies from your Docs articles. If a task spans several actions, Viktor plans the sequence itself and reports back when the work is done.
No. Viktor isn't a workflow builder - there are no triggers to map and nothing to maintain. You ask for the outcome in plain English in your workspace, and Viktor decides which Help Scout actions to take, runs them, and reports back.
