See which channels use the most credits

Admins can now filter Usage, Activity by Slack or Teams channel, with credit totals per channel.

  • A new Channels picker. It sits next to People and Tasks in Usage, Activity, and lists every channel with its credit total.
  • DMs and app chats too. Direct messages and app conversations show up in the list alongside channels.
  • Only when it applies. The picker appears once Slack or Teams is connected.

Type @ in the web chat to mention Slack teammates, and admins can now manage who uses Viktor straight from chat.

  • @ mentions. Type @ in the composer, pick a Slack teammate, and Viktor knows exactly which Julia you mean.
  • Access, by asking. Admins can block people, edit allowlists, adjust guest and Slack Connect access, or revoke invites in chat.
  • Drafts first. Every access change shows as a draft and applies only after an admin approves it.

Choose who Viktor can DM, and nicer connect cards

Admins can limit which teammates Viktor may DM in Slack, and connecting a tool from app chat shows a proper card.

  • Who Viktor can DM. A new control in Settings, Permissions: anyone, or a list an admin picks.
  • Checked every time. Every DM, including crons and group DMs, is checked first, with a plain reason when it's blocked.
  • Real connect cards. Pipedream, Composio, Zapier and MCP connects show a card, and Viktor picks the chat back up once you're in.

Costs by reasoning level, and a check before switching

The model picker shows real cost estimates per reasoning level, and changing everyone's default model asks first.

  • Real numbers. Each reasoning level shows its own estimate, based on real task costs, not one flat guess.
  • Everywhere you pick. Default model, voice, commands and scheduled tasks all show it.
  • A confirm step. Changing a shared default names the old and new model and how many teammates it affects.

Space access controls and Meta Ads budget schedules

Workspace admins can now edit Space access policies, and Viktor can manage High Demand Period budget boosts on Meta Ads.

  • Workspace admins can edit Space access. Access policies for a deployed Space can now be changed by workspace admins as well as the Space's creator, so managing who can open a Space no longer depends on one person. Regular members remain view-only.
  • Meta Ads budget schedules. Ask Viktor to create, list, and delete budget schedules (Meta's High Demand Periods) on your campaigns and ad sets, time-bounded budget boosts, handled directly through the Meta Ads integration.

Privacy-first Slack Connect support

Viktor now handles external shared channels with a private DM handoff and approval before replying.

  • External shared channel → DM handoff. When Viktor is @mentioned in a Slack Connect channel, it now moves the conversation into a private DM instead of replying publicly. You'll be asked to approve before any response is posted back to the shared thread, keeping cross-org conversations secure by default.

Slack channel privacy

Viktor now enforces per-user channel privacy, each team member only sees their own channels.

  • Slack channel privacy. When multiple people share a Viktor workspace, each user's agent now only sees the Slack channels they're actually a member of. Private channels, DMs, and group DMs stay private, matching the access rules you already have in Slack. Access updates automatically when someone joins or leaves a channel.
  • Create group DMs. You can now ask Viktor to start a group DM with specific people directly, no approval step needed.
