Referral and reward credits

You can earn credits by referring a team or by sharing how you use Viktor. Referral rewards are paid as a share of your referred teams' spend, on every payment they make.

How you earn

1. Referrals - when a team subscribes with your link, you earn a share of everything they pay (plan and top-ups) as credits, every time they pay. Manage it in Referrals & Rewards. Full details: Refer a team and earn credits.
2. Use-case rewards - you can also earn credits through the creator program.
3. Prefer cash? The Affiliate program (Dub) pays cash on referrals instead of credits - a separate program.

If referral credits did not arrive

1. Check the team subscribed with your link in their own new workspace.
2. Credits are added after each payment is processed, so the first credits arrive once your referral makes their first payment - not at sign-up.
3. Self-referrals and adding people to your existing workspace do not qualify, which is the most common reason a reward does not show.
4. If a referred team paid and you still do not see credits, contact support with your referral link.

About the older 10,000-credit referral

An earlier version of this program gave a one-time 10,000-credit bonus. That program has ended and is replaced by the ongoing revenue-share rewards above. If you were expecting credits from the older program, contact support and we will help.
