Docs and images Viktor creates for you
Ask Viktor for a report or dashboard and get a live link to a doc he publishes, or a polished image right in the conversation.
Viktor can hand back results as more than plain text. Ask for a report, plan, dashboard, or one-pager and he can publish it as a doc, a web page with a stable link. Ask for a card, table, diagram, or scorecard and he can render it as an image directly in chat. Both are hosted by Viktor himself, not a third-party service.
Docs: your work as a live link
Ask Viktor in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or app chat, for example: "Publish this quarter's pipeline review as a doc." He publishes it and replies with the link and a note on who can open it. A preview image usually follows in the thread. Anyone with access opens it in the browser: no file to download, nothing to install.
So Viktor may send you a link where you'd otherwise get a long text answer. That's by design: the link is your result, formatted and ready to share.
A doc shows the data from when it was published. To keep a recurring report current, ask Viktor to republish it on a schedule. See Schedule a recurring task.
Who can see my doc?
Each doc has one of three access settings:
- Workspace members (the default): only signed-in members of your workspace can open it.
- Specific people: only the people picked for it.
- Public: anyone with the link. Viktor only makes a doc public when you confirm it may be open to the internet.
To change it, open the doc from Docs in the Viktor app and pick an option under Who can open this page, or ask Viktor. Changes apply without republishing.
Updating a doc
A doc keeps its link. When Viktor republishes it, the new version replaces the old one at the same link, so anything you've already shared stays current. Earlier versions are kept, and you can restore one from the doc's version history.
Images in chat
For results that fit in one glance, like a scorecard, a comparison table, or a diagram, ask Viktor to design it as an image. He renders it and posts it in the conversation, ready to forward, drop into a deck, or share outside the chat.
Common questions
Why did Viktor give me a link? You asked for something doc-shaped, so he published it instead of pasting a long text answer. If you'd rather have the content inline or as an image, just say so.
Is my data safe in a published doc? Docs are workspace-members-only by default. Nothing becomes public unless you confirm it. See Security and compliance.
A teammate can't open my doc. Check Who can open this page. If it's set to specific people, add them.
