Quick checks

1. Make sure Viktor is in the channel, or message it directly, so it sees your request.
2. Confirm you mentioned Viktor or replied in a thread it is part of.
3. Wait a moment and try again, since high demand can cause a temporary delay.

If it keeps failing

1. Check that any app the task needs is still connected on the Integrations screen.
2. Rephrase the request more simply to rule out a confusing instruction.
