Connect HubSpot to Viktor
Connect your HubSpot CRM once, then find, create and update contacts, companies, deals and notes from chat.
Viktor is an AI coworker that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams. Connect HubSpot once, and anyone on your team can ask Viktor to find, create and update CRM records in plain language, right in the thread.
What you need
- A Viktor workspace (sign up at viktor.com, free trial included).
- A HubSpot user in the account you want to connect who is allowed to install apps (a Super Admin, or a user with App Marketplace access).
- Any HubSpot tier works: Free CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub or Service Hub. Viktor uses only standard CRM objects.
Connect HubSpot
- Open the Integrations screen and search for HubSpot. You can also just ask Viktor in Slack or Teams: "connect HubSpot".
- Select the HubSpot card. Give the account a nickname and choose who can use it.
- Select Continue to HubSpot. HubSpot opens. Sign in if asked, then pick the HubSpot account you want Viktor to use.
- Review the permissions and select Connect app.
- You land back in Viktor and HubSpot shows as connected. Finish the steps in the same browser you started them in.
Each connection links one HubSpot account. To use a different HubSpot account, disconnect and connect again.
What Viktor can do
- Contacts: list, search, read, create, update and delete contacts.
- Companies: list, search, read, create, update and delete companies.
- Deals: list, search, read, create, update and delete deals, and move them between stages.
- Notes: add notes to records and read existing notes.
- Associations: link contacts to companies, and deals to contacts and companies.
- Pipelines and owners: list deal pipelines and stages, list owners, and read property definitions.
- Automations: ask Viktor to run any of this on a schedule, such as a Monday pipeline summary in a channel.
Viktor only deletes a record when someone explicitly asks it to.
Try asking:
- "Which deals in Negotiation haven't moved in two weeks?"
- "Add Maria Lopez from Acme as a contact and link her to the Acme company."
- "Log a note on the Acme deal from today's call and move it to Closed Won."
- "Who owns the Globex account?"
- "Every Monday at 9, post a summary of deals closing this month in #sales."
Permissions Viktor asks for, and why

Viktor acts with these permissions only. Your HubSpot sign-in tokens are stored encrypted and tied to your Viktor workspace. CRM data is fetched when you ask for it.
Disconnect and remove data
- In Viktor: on the Integrations screen, open HubSpot and disconnect it. Viktor revokes its access at HubSpot and deletes the stored tokens.
- In HubSpot: Settings > Integrations > Connected apps > Viktor > Uninstall. Viktor loses access right away.

Troubleshooting
- I connected the wrong HubSpot account. Disconnect in Viktor, then connect again and pick the right account on HubSpot's screen.
- HubSpot says I don't have permission to install apps. Ask a Super Admin in your HubSpot account to connect, or to give you App Marketplace access.
- Viktor says HubSpot needs to be reconnected. The app was uninstalled in HubSpot or access was revoked. See Reconnect an integration.
- The connect page did not return to Viktor. Start again and finish every step in the same browser window.
- Viktor can't find a record or field. Check the record exists in the connected account and that your HubSpot user can see it. Custom objects are not supported yet.
