Starter credits and the $1 card check

Every new workspace gets free starter credits once, up to 40,000. They don't expire.

Verify a card

Some workspaces are asked to verify a card before the starter credits unlock or before buying a first plan.

1. An admin opens Billing & Credits.
2. Click Verify card to continue.
3. We place a temporary $1 hold to check the card and void it right away.

The hold is not a purchase, and no plan starts.

Only admins can verify the card. If the page says the workspace isn't eligible, email support@viktor.com.

When the starter credits run out

An admin can pick a plan on Billing & Credits. Plans start at $50 a month for 20,000 credits.
