Wrong workspace

If you landed in the wrong workspace, use the workspace switcher in your dashboard to move to the right one. Your login email cannot be changed inside Viktor, so make sure you are signed in with the email your team invited.

Switch workspaces

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Use the workspace switcher in the top left to check which workspace you are in.
3. Switch to the correct workspace if you belong to more than one.
4. If you are missing from the right workspace, ask its admin to invite the email you are signed in with.

Using the wrong account is the most common cause of a missing workspace, so confirm your login email first.
