Cannot sign in to Viktor

You sign in to Viktor with Slack or Microsoft Teams. There are no passwords, so most sign-in problems come down to retrying cleanly, using the right account, or clearing something on your side.

Try these first

1. Start sign-in again and use the same option (Slack or Microsoft Teams) you used before.
2. Pick the workspace or organization where Viktor was added, then approve the permissions.
3. Sign out fully and sign back in to refresh an expired session.

If the page is stuck or blocked

1. Clear your cookies and cache for the site, or open it in a private/incognito window.
2. Allow pop-ups and pause ad-blockers or privacy extensions, which can block the sign-in window.
3. If you are on a VPN, firewall, or work network, try turning it off or switching networks. Strict networks can block Slack, Teams, or the sign-in popup.
4. Try a different browser or device to rule out a local issue.

Still locked out

1. Check your invite or membership is still active with your admin, and open invites with the email they were sent to.
2. If your organization needs to approve the app, ask your IT admin to allow it, then sign in again.
3. Contact support@Viktor.com with your email and the exact error you see.
