Cancel your subscription
Stop future renewals and understand what happens to your access.
You can cancel renewal yourself from the billing portal whenever you need to.
Cancel renewal
- Open your Subscription settings.
- Select Manage billing to open the billing portal.
- Choose to cancel the plan and confirm.
What happens next
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- After that date your workspace moves to the free limits and paid features stop.
- Cancelling does not delete your data or conversation history.
