When does my plan renew and my credits reset?

Your plan renews on the same day and time it was first created. So the exact moment your credits reset each cycle depends on when you originally started your subscription, not on a fixed time of day for everyone.

For example, if you subscribed at 3pm on the 12th, your plan renews and your credits refresh around 3pm on the 12th of each billing cycle.

Unused monthly plan credits roll over for one month rather than disappearing at reset, while free trial and bonus credits never expire.
