A charge I didn't expect
The usual reasons for an unexpected charge and how to stop it.
An unexpected charge is usually one of these.
Common reasons
- Renewal. Plans renew every month until the renewal is cancelled. See Cancel your subscription.
- Auto top-ups. These buy credits automatically when your balance runs low. Turn them off with the Auto top-ups switch on Billing & Credits.
- Auto-upgrade. The first time credits run out in a month, this moves your plan up one tier. Turn it off with the Auto-upgrade plan switch on Billing & Credits.
- Another workspace. Each workspace is billed on its own. Check which workspace you are in from your profile picture at the bottom of the left sidebar.
See your invoices
Click Manage, then Update payment method or invoices.
