## What can your AI employee do in Google Slides?

Viktor connects to your Google Slides account and completes work in it. He doesn't just answer questions about Google Slides, he takes the actions on your behalf and delivers the finished result to your workspace.

Unlike workflow builders such as Zapier or Make, there is nothing to configure - no triggers to map, no workflows to maintain. You describe the outcome in plain English, and Viktor picks the right Google Slides actions, chains them with the other 9,800+ tools he connects to, and asks for approval before anything sensitive runs.

### About Google Slides

Google Slides is a cloud-based presentation editor with real-time collaboration, template gallery, and integration with other Google Workspace apps

### How a run works

1. **You ask in your workspace** - Describe what you need in plain English
2. **Viktor picks the actions** - Selects from 24 Google Slides actions, chains them together
3. **Runs in Google Slides** - Helps you generate and convert documents from templates or data - your real data.
4. **Reports back** - Delivers the finished result to your workspace

## Use Google Slides from Slack and Microsoft Teams

Message Viktor in a Slack channel, a Microsoft Teams chat or a direct message. He opens Google Slides, does the work and posts the result in the same thread, so nobody has to switch tabs.

He can also run Google Slides work on a schedule, like a weekly Google Slides summary posted to your team's channel. Anything sensitive waits for your approval before it runs.

## Security and permissions

- Sign in with Google - Viktor never sees your password, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.
- Review-first approvals: sensitive Google Slides actions wait for your sign-off before they run.
- Isolated compute per team, encrypted in transit and at rest - and your data is never used to train models.
- SOC 2 Type 1 compliant, with Type 2 and ISO 27001 in progress.
- Viktor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google Slides.

## What can you ask Viktor to do in Google Slides?

- "Generate this month's invoices in Google Slides from this spreadsheet of customer data."
- "Merge these files into a single PDF using Google Slides."
- "Convert this report into a branded PDF with Google Slides and send it to me."
- "Set up Google Slides to generate a fresh report from this template every Friday."

## How does Viktor work with Google Slides?

1. Open Viktor in a supported workspace.
2. Connect Google Slides with Sign in with Google - Viktor handles authentication.
3. Ask in plain English. Viktor runs the Google Slides actions, chains them with your other tools when needed, and reports back. Sensitive actions wait for your approval.

## What can Viktor do in Google Slides? (24 actions)

- **Create Image** - Creates an image in a slide.
- **Create Page Element** - Create a shape or text box on a slide. Size and position are in points (1/72 of an inch), measured from the top-left of the slide; a default 16:9 slide is 720 x 405 points, so an element placed outside that area is not visible. To add a title or body text, prefer Create Slide with Layout and the text set, which fills a layout's placeholders instead of positioning boxes by hand. Returns the new element's object ID in replies[0].createShape.objectId, for use with Insert Text.
- **Create Presentation** - Create a blank presentation or duplicate an existing presentation.
- **Create Slide** - Create a slide from one of the presentation's layouts and, optionally, fill its title, subtitle and body placeholders in the same request. When building a deck, set Layout and the text in one call per slide instead of following up with Insert Text: no positioning is needed. Pick a layout that has the placeholders you fill, e.g. TITLEANDBODY for a title and body, TITLE for a title and subtitle, or TITLEANDTWOCOLUMNS for a title and two bodies; if a placeholder is missing, the error lists the ones the layout has. Without Layout the slide uses the BLANK layout and cannot take text. Create slides one at a time rather than in parallel. Returns the new slide's objectId and a placeholders array (type, index, objectId, filled) for each title, subtitle and body placeholder, so unfilled ones can be written later with Insert Text.
- **Create Table** - Create a new table in a slide.
- **Delete Page Element** - Deletes a page element from a slide.
- **Delete Slide** - Deletes a slide from a presentation.
- **Delete Table Column** - Delete column from a table.
- **Delete Table Row** - Delete row from a table.
- **Find a Presentation** - Search for a Google Slides presentation by name. Returns matching presentations with their id, name, and url. Use this first to resolve a presentation's name to its ID, then pass the id to Get Presentation or other Slides tools.
- **Format Paragraph** - Apply paragraph formatting (alignment, line spacing, indentation, bullets) to the text of a shape or table cell in a Google Slides presentation. Use Get Presentation to find the page element's object ID.
- **Format Shape** - Set the background fill, outline, content alignment, or link of a shape in a Google Slides presentation. Use Get Presentation to find the shape's object ID. Shadow is not settable.
- **Format Slide Background** - Set the background fill of a single slide in a Google Slides presentation. Use Get Presentation to find the slide's object ID.
- **Format Table Cell** - Set the background fill or content alignment of table cells in a Google Slides presentation. Applies to a single cell, or to a block of cells via Row Span and Column Span. Omit the cell location to format the whole table. Use Get Presentation to find the table's object ID.
- **Format Text** - Apply character formatting (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, font, size, color, link) to the text of a shape or table cell in a Google Slides presentation. Use Get Presentation to find the page element's object ID.
- **Get Presentation** - Get a Google Slides presentation by its ID. Returns the presentation's metadata and structure (title, slides, masters, layouts, page size, etc.) according to requested fields. Use Find a Presentation first to resolve a presentation's name to its ID.
- **Insert Table Columns** - Insert new columns into a table.
- **Insert Table Rows** - Insert new rows into a table.
- **Insert Text into Table** - Insert text into a table cell.
- **Insert Text** - Insert text into a shape.
- **Merge Data** - Merge data into a presentation.
- **Position Element** - Move, scale, rotate, or restack a page element in a Google Slides presentation. Unspecified properties keep their current values. Use Get Presentation to find the element's object ID.
- **Refresh a chart** - Refresh a chart from Sheets.
- **Replace All Text** - Replace every occurrence of a piece of text across a presentation, or only on the given slides. Useful for filling {{placeholder}} tokens in a template deck. The summary and replies[0].replaceAllText.occurrencesChanged report how many occurrences were replaced; when nothing matched, Google omits occurrencesChanged (the reply is replaceAllText: {}) and the presentation was not changed.
