The Marketplace holds ready-made [skills](/docs/skills) you can add to your workspace. A Marketplace skill is a package of instructions, scripts and references that teaches Viktor a repeatable workflow. Bundles group related skills so you can install a whole workflow pack at once.

Installs are team-wide. One install adds the skill for everyone in the workspace.

## Browse the Marketplace

1. Open the [Marketplace](https://app.viktor.com/marketplace/skills).
2. Search, or browse by category and tag.
3. Select a skill to open its detail page, or a bundle to see **Skills in this bundle**.

You can browse without signing in. Selecting install while signed out takes you to sign up.

## Install a skill

1. Open the skill's detail page.
2. Select **Install skill**. The button shows **Installing** while it runs, then **Installed**.
3. If the skill works with tools you use, a dialog lists the suggested apps. Select **Connect** for each one you want, or **Maybe later**. Installing never waits on this dialog.

The skill is added to your workspace's shared skills, so Viktor can use it for everyone.

### Update or uninstall a skill

- When a newer version is available, the button shows **Update**. Updates only happen when someone selects it. An update replaces the installed version.
- To remove a skill, select **Uninstall skill** on its detail page.

You can't edit an installed Marketplace skill on the Skills page, because updates would overwrite your changes. Ask Viktor to adapt it instead: he saves your version as a shared skill you can edit. See [Skills](/docs/skills).

## Install a bundle

1. Open the bundle.
2. Select **Install bundle**. The button shows progress, such as **Installing... 3 of 8**, then **Installed**.
3. To stop, open **Bundle options** (the menu next to the button) and select **Cancel installation**.
4. To remove every skill in the bundle, open **Bundle options** and select **Uninstall bundle**.

Bundle installs run in the background. In Slack, Viktor posts a message that updates as each skill becomes ready, with counts for ready, in progress, failed, skipped and queued skills.

## Install from chat

Ask Viktor, for example: _"Find a Marketplace skill for LinkedIn outreach and install it."_

1. Viktor searches the Marketplace and shows each match's name and description.
2. You pick the skill or bundle.
3. Viktor asks for approval before he installs it. See [Approvals](/docs/approvals).
4. After the install finishes, Viktor can use the skill from his next turn.

You can also ask Viktor to uninstall a Marketplace skill. That needs approval too.

## Publish your own skills

1. Open [Publish to Marketplace](https://app.viktor.com/marketplace/publish).
2. Create your creator profile. Only the display name is required. The profile goes through a review by the Viktor team.
3. Under **Skill submissions**, upload a skill folder and submit it for review.
4. Track each submission. A skill that passes review shows **Live in marketplace**. A rejected one shows **Submission rejected** with **Fix & resubmit**.
5. To ship a change to a live skill, select **New version** and submit it for review.

Nothing goes live without review by the Viktor team. Uploads follow the same package rules as [uploading a skill](/docs/skills): text files only, up to 80 files, 1 MB per file and 5 MB in total.

If you delete a skill you published, it is removed from the Marketplace. Workspaces that installed it keep their copy, and it keeps working, but it no longer updates.

## Limits by plan and permission

- Any workspace member can install, update or uninstall skills and bundles, and cancel a bundle install. The code sets no plan limit on installs.
- Any member can approve an install that Viktor requests in chat.
- Only one action can run on a skill at a time.
- Installing needs a team workspace.
- A skill must be live in the Marketplace to install or update it. You can still uninstall a skill that has since been hidden from the Marketplace.
- A creator can have at most 10 submissions waiting for review at once.

## Common problems

- **"A skill action is already in progress".** Another install, update or uninstall is still running for that skill. Wait for it to finish.
- **"Skill not found" when installing.** The skill is no longer live in the Marketplace.
- **An installed skill can't do something.** Check that the integration it needs is connected and that you have access to it. See [Manage integrations](/docs/manage-integrations) and [integration problems](/help/category/integrations/integration-problems).
- **"You already have … submissions waiting for review (limit 10)".** Wait for the Viktor team to review your pending submissions before you submit more.
- **Profile rejected.** See the review history on the publish page, then edit your profile to resubmit it.
- **Profile suspended.** Your skills are hidden from the Marketplace until the profile is restored. See the review history for details.
