# Skills, as a file explorer

_Release #063, September 5, 2026. Agent smarts, Viktor app_

The tree-and-reader Skills page is now the only Skills page, and your most-used skills float to the top.

![Browsing the Skills page as a file tree, searching, and opening a skill in the reader](https://viktor.com/changelog/2026-09-05-skills-as-file-explorer/poster@2x.webp)

- **Explorer for all.** Folders and files on the left, the skill itself on the right. The old tabbed page is gone.
- **Sorted by use.** Collections and skills are ranked by how often you read them, not by the alphabet.

## Why a file explorer
Skills are folders of files. Showing them that way makes it obvious what Viktor knows and where it lives.

## Your stuff first
Ordering by actual reads means the skills you lean on every day are the first thing you see.
