# Costs by reasoning level, and a check before switching

The model picker shows real cost estimates per reasoning level, and changing everyone's default model asks first.

- **Real numbers.** Each reasoning level shows its own estimate, based on real task costs, not one flat guess.
- **Everywhere you pick.** Default model, voice, commands and scheduled tasks all show it.
- **A confirm step.** Changing a shared default names the old and new model and how many teammates it affects.
